ANWIL S.A. zaprasza Państwa do udziału w postępowaniu zapytanie o informację RFI : Opracowanie kompleksowego raportu analityczno-rynkowego rynku nawozów. Celem niniejszego postępowania jest rozpoznanie rynku, analiza możliwości potencjalnych Dostawców w zakresie przedmiotowej usługi. 1. Przedmiotem niniejszego zapytania o informację jest opracowanie kompleksowego raportu analityczno-rynkowego dotyczącego rynku nawozów 2. Warunki techniczne wykonania i odbioru usługi / dostawy – szczegółowo opisane w Załączniku 1 - Specyfikacja Techniczna. 3. Oferta techniczna w ramach przedmiotowego RFI powinna zawierać: 3.1 Udokumentowane doświadczenie Oferenta w realizacji raportów dla branży agro, chemicznej lub nawozowej. 3.2 Co najmniej 2 referencje Oferenta z realizacji podobnych analiz (z ostatnich 3 lat). 3.3 Potwierdzenie Oferenta, że dysponuje zespołem analitycznym z udokumentowanym doświadczeniem. 3.4 Ofertę techniczną - zawierającą informacje zgodne z zapytaniem ofertowym ze wskazaniem zakresu, który oferent deklaruje się wykonać . 4. Oferta formalna powinna zawierać: 4.1. Odpis z KRS albo zaświadczenia o wpisie do CEIDG (w przypadku konsorcjów - wymagane jest złożenie kopii umowy konsorcjum oraz pełnomocnictwa lidera konsorcjum do reprezentowania pozostałych członków konsorcjum); 4.2. Potwierdzenie, że oferent zapoznał się i akceptuje DOKUMENT: Warunki Udziału w Postępowaniu Zapytanie o Informację RFI. 5. Oferta handlowa powinna zawierać: 5. 1. Przy kryterium „Cena” proszę wpisać cenę netto za wykonanie Przedmiotu niniejszego Zapytania Ofertowego zgodnej z ofertą techniczną. Przy czym prosimy o dołączenie kosztorysu na poszczególne punkty oferowanego zakresu. 5.2. Cena powinna być podana w kwocie netto i musi obejmować wszystkie dodatkowe opłaty wynikające w trakcie realizacji usługi. 5.3. Cena może być wskazana wyłącznie na Platformie Connect w miejscu do tego wyznaczonym. 6. The purpose of this procedure is to conduct market research and analyse the capabilities of potential suppliers in relation to the service in question. 1. The subject of this request for information is the preparation of a comprehensive analytical and market report on the fertiliser market. 2. Technical conditions for the performance and acceptance of the service/delivery – described in detail in Appendix 1 - Technical Specification. 3. The technical offer within the scope of this RFI should include: 3.1 The Bidder's documented experience in preparing reports for the agricultural, chemical or fertiliser industry. 3.2 At least 2 references from the Bidder for similar analyses (from the last 3 years). 3.3 Confirmation from the Bidder that it has an analytical team with documented experience. 3.4 A technical offer containing information in accordance with the request for proposal, indicating the scope that the Bidder declares to perform. 4. The formal offer should include: 4.1. An extract from the National Court Register or a certificate of entry in the Central Registration and Information on Business (CEIDG) (in the case of consortia, a copy of the consortium agreement and a power of attorney for the consortium leader to represent the other consortium members must be submitted); 4.2. Confirmation that the tenderer has read and accepts the DOCUMENT: Conditions for Participation in the Procedure Request for Information RFI. 5. The commercial offer should include: 5.1. Under the ‘Price’ criterion, please enter the net price for the performance of the Subject of this Request for Proposal in accordance with the technical offer. Please attach a cost estimate for each item of the offered scope. 5.2. The price should be given as a net amount and must include all additional charges incurred during the performance of the service. 5.3.
