| przedmiot ogłoszenia | PROMOTION AND INFORMATION CAMPAIGN ON FRESH FRUIT AND VEGETABLES IMPLEMENTED IN THE INTERNAL MARKET IN FRANCE AND POLAND The proposing organisations APRIFEL (Agence pour la recherche et l ’information en fruits et légumes), FRUIT UNION (Association of polish fruit and vegetables distributors) and AIB (the French interbranch organisation for bananas) are looking for a three-year period for several implementing and evaluating bodies for a three year European information provision and promotion programme to be implemented in France and Poland Część zamówienia: LOT-0001 LOT 1: CREATION - Design of the programme in FR and PL The bidder will propose an optimized, new platform based on the existing “good move” graphic charter to achieve our objective. The creative platform must be capable of encouraging 18-34 to take action and make them change their behavior in the long term, be specific for the target and impact their behaviour throughout the 3 years of the programme to increase fresh produce consumption. The success of your mission and the relevance of the strategy that will be proposed therefore lie particularly in the attention that will be paid to support behavior change and to the tone of the campaign which is intended to be joyful, careful, fun, catchy (makes you want to move more and eat better while having fun), while developing the community side (moving and eating together and also sleeping time).A variation / adaptation of the slogan “Good Move” (text and visuals) is expected for bananas; it will be used for tools and actions specific to bananas in France. Część zamówienia: LOT-0002 LOT 2: IMPLEMENTATION BODY – implementation in FR and PL The mission that you will be entrusted with consists in proposing a common strategic action plan to 18-34, capable of encouraging them to take action and make them change their behavior (moving, eating more F&V and sleeping enough) in the long term, and also specific actions for each country. Another mission consists in ensuring the implementation of the strategic concept and action plan in all countries participating to the European programme by proposing subcontractors for the operational deployment of the programme in the different countries. Część zamówienia: LOT-0003 LOT 3 – EVALUATING BODY – Evaluation of the programme in FR and PL You will create an evaluation framework, define indicators and a data collection plan in both France and Poland to assess each individual activity of the programme as well as the programme as a whole. |
