We remain at your disposal for any questions or clarifications regarding this inquiry Pit-Radwar reserves the right to: Make changes in the schedule of the purchasing process without giving a reason Cancellation of the procurement procedure in each of it’s phases without giving a reason Failure to conclude the contract after the end of the tender procedure without giving a reason Choose the entity/entities with which negotiations will be conducted in relation to part or all of the scope of submitted Offers Interrupt negotiations of the contract with the selected Bidder without giving a reason and start negotiations of the contract with another Bidder For the above reasons, the Bidders are not entitled to any claims against Pit Radwar S.A. during the procurement process and after its completion.
