With this Request for Information, ORLEN Neptun is launching a multi‑stage procurement process for the Foundations Package within the Baltic East Project and hereby invites interested parties to submit their proposals. Details of the RFI process, including instructions on how to submit a bid as well as the goals and conditions of the RFI can be found in the attached file: “Request for Information – Foundation Package – Baltic East.” For the purpose of this RFI, Scope of Work within the Foundations Package is split into: a. Manufacturing and supply of Monopiles (MPs), including load-out and, optionally, transportation to marshalling port, b. Manufacturing and supply of Transition Pieces (TPs), including load-out and, optionally, transportation to marshalling port and we will accept proposals for Part a only, Part b only, or for both Parts jointly. Detailed Scope of work and other documentation necessary to prepare a bid will be provided to the Bidders through the CONNECT Platform after - submitting the initial declaration of participation in the RFI (to write a message, please choose Ask the Ordering Party a question or Go to questions and answers and fill in the question field) and - completing signing process of the Information protection agreement (NDA-type document).
