Szanowni Państwo,
W imieniu PIT-RADWAR S.A zapraszamy do złożenia oferty w postępowaniu, którego przedmiotem jest zakup i dostawa do PIT-RADWAR S.A poniższego wyposażenia według opisanych w postępowaniu warunków handlowych:
Piec wodorowy – według specyfikacji technicznej załącznik nr 1 - Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia

Termin składania ofert: 07.08.2026 do godziny 15:00
Jeżeli przed złożeniem oferty konieczna będzie wizja lokalna w Pit Radwar S.A. Oddział Wrocław

Wymogi dodatkowe:
Oferowane przedmioty mają być fabrycznie nowe, nieużywane, z datą produkcji nie starszą niż 2 lata
Prosimy o wskazanie w ofercie okresu gwarancji i planowanego terminu dostawy wraz ze wszystkimi kosztami kalkulacji w tym: opakowaniem, transportem, montażem i uruchomieniem wraz z przeglądami gwarancyjnymi co 12 miesięcy w okresie gwarancji.
Oferta powinna być opracowana i złożona zgodnie z warunkami niniejszego zapytania ofertowego. Wszelkie rozbieżności w odniesieniu do warunków naszego zapytania ofertowego powinny być wyraźnie wskazane i wyszczególnione.
Pit-Radwar zastrzega sobie prawo do:
Zmiany harmonogramu procesu zakupowego bez podania przyczyny
Unieważnienia postępowania zakupowego w każdej z jego faz bez podania przyczyny
Nie zawarcia umowy po zakończeniu postępowania ofertowego bez podania przyczyny
Dowolnego wyboru podmiotu/podmiotów, z którymi będą prowadzone negocjacje w odniesieniu do części lub całości zakresu złożonych Ofert
Przerwania negocjacji umowy z wybranym Oferentem bez podawania przyczyny i rozpoczęcia negocjacji umowy z innym Oferentem
Z powyższych powodów nie przysługują Oferentom żadne roszczenia wobec Pit-Radwar w procesie postępowania zakupowego i po jego zakończeniu. Pit-Radwar nie przewiduje procedury odwoławczej.
Pozostajemy do Państwa dyspozycji w przypadku jakichkolwiek pytań i wyjaśnień dotyczących niniejszego zapytania zakupowego.

Dear Sirs,
We kindly request to submit your commercial offer for the delivery and instalation of the following equipment for PIT-RADWAR S.A. in Poland in accordance with the commercial terms described in the procedure:
Procurement procedure for the delivery, assembly, and commissioning of a tubular hydrogen furnace – 1pc. according to the attached specification

The offer must be submitted by the: 07.08.2026 until 3 p.m.
Any requaired information regarding the formal or commercial scope of this inquiry will be provided by:

The following attachments are an integral part of this inquiry:
Appendix 1 – Technical Specification
Appendix 2 – Agreement (The bidder is requested to prepare the tender in accordance with the procedure and contract. Any suggested amendments should be indicated in “Track Changes” mode)
Additional requirements:
The offered items must be brand new, unusedwith a production date not older than 2 years.
Please indicate into your quotation the warranty period and planned delivery date of the line along with all the calculation cost including: packaging, transport, assembly and commissioning along with warranty inspections every 12 months during the warranty period in accordance with the terms and condition of the Contract and Technical Specification.
The offer should be prepared and submitted in accordance with the terms of this request, any discrepancies in relation to the conditions of our request should be clearly indicated.
In addition to the submitted quotation, we expect to submit documents or guidelines as outlined below:
A list of all spare and consumable parts for the proposed line, including prices as of the date of the offer submission
Requirements regarding connection to utilities and existing infrastructure
Requirements concerning the flooring at the installation site
Personnel training in advanced operation, maintenance and programming. Please specify the duration of the training in days and provide a training plan.
Conditions for post-warranty service along with prices as of the date of the offer submission - including:
a) Labor hour cost for one service technician
b) Travel hour cost for one service technician
c) Travel cost per km - specifying the location of travel
d) Calculated daily hotel rate for technician accommodation
e) Price of a full annual post-warranty inspection, including a complete set of replacement parts. Please also specify the scope of work included in the post-warranty inspection.
We remain at your disposal should you have any questions or require clarification regarding this request for quotation.
PIT-RADWAR S.A. reserves the right to:
Change the schedule of the purchasing process without stating reasons.
Cancel the purchasing procedure at any stage without stating reasons.
Decide not to conclude a contract after completion of the tender procedure without stating reasons.
Freely select the entity/entities with whom negotiations will be conducted in relation to part or all of the submitted offers.
Terminate contract negotiations with the selected bidder without stating reasons and commence negotiations with another bidder.
For the above reasons, bidders shall have no claims against PIT-RADWAR S.A. during the purchasing procedure or after its completion. PIT-RADWAR S.A. does not provide for an appeal procedure.
