nk S.A. invites Vendors to participate in a Request for Information (RFI) process aimed at gathering market insights regarding enterprise-grade Git repository platforms and solutions supporting the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in software development
The objective of this RFI is to identify solutions that enable Git repository management and support secure, compliant, and efficient collaboration with AI assistants and AI agents.
mBank is interested in solutions operating as:
• a standalone Git repository platform,
• an extension to an existing Git platform,
• an AI layer integrated with an existing Git platform,
• a hybrid solution combining the above models.
As part of the RFI, Vendors are requested to provide information regarding, among others:
• enterprise-grade Git repository management,
• integration with development tools (CI/CD, IAM, issue tracking systems, artifact repositories),
• AI assistants and agents supporting software development, maintenance, and modernization,
• automated code reviews, documentation generation, test generation, and pull request support,
• code indexing, semantic search, and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG),
• support for local and external Large Language Models (LLMs),
• source code, data, and AI security,
• AI Governance, auditing, accountability, and cost management,
• on-premises and air-gapped deployment models.
A key requirement is to ensure full control over source code and data, compliance with security and financial sector regulatory requirements, and the ability to leverage local AI models without transferring data outside the Bank s infrastructure.

As part of their response, Vendors are requested to complete and submit the attached:
• RFI Repo-AI-Ready questionnaire.
Participation in the Process
For technical purposes, Vendors are requested to enter an amount of 1 USD in the commercial item when submitting their response through the platform. Detailed answers should be provided in the attached questionnaire.
Communication and Q&A Rules
• Responses may be submitted in Polish or English.
• Vendors are requested to submit all questions in English.
• All questions must be submitted via the Marketplanet platform using the Questions & Answers section.
• Questions must not contain any information identifying the submitting Vendor.
All communication related to this RFI will be conducted through the Marketplanet platform. Vendors are responsible for monitoring the platform for updates and clarifications.
Confidentiality and Participation Rules
All information provided within the RFI process will be treated as confidential and used solely for market analysis and the evaluation of potential future procurement activities of mBank S.A.
This RFI is conducted solely for market research purposes and does not constitute a commitment by mBank S.A. to launch a procurement process or enter into any contractual agreement. Participation is voluntary, and mBank S.A. reserves the right to contact selected Vendors for additional clarification.
