a Request for Information (RFI) process aimed at gathering market insights regarding Enterprise AI/LLM Gateway platforms that enable centralized management of access to Artificial Intelligence models and Model Context Protocol (MCP) services.
The objective of this RFI is to identify and evaluate available market solutions that provide secure, scalable, and governed access to AI services across the organization while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, security standards, and operational control.
mBank is seeking information on platforms that can serve as a centralized gateway for:
access management to multiple AI model providers,
management and governance of MCP servers and services,
centralized AI security, policy enforcement, and access control,
AI usage monitoring, auditing, and accountability,
cost management, budgeting, and chargeback mechanisms,
support for both cloud-based and locally hosted AI models.
As part of the RFI, Vendors are requested to provide information regarding, among others:
identity and access management, including integration with enterprise authentication and authorization systems,
centralized LLM Gateway and AI proxy capabilities,
support for multiple AI providers and model types,
MCP Gateway functionality, governance, and access control,
security controls, guardrails, policy enforcement, and risk management mechanisms,
auditability and traceability of AI and MCP usage,
cost management, budgeting, reporting, and chargeback capabilities,
support for local and external Large Language Models (LLMs),
integration with enterprise platforms and corporate identity services,
deployment models supporting on-premises, private cloud, and fully air-gapped environments,
operational resilience, scalability, high availability, and disaster recovery capabilities.
A key requirement is to ensure full control over prompts, responses, logs, credentials, and all data processed through the platform, while maintaining compliance with security and regulatory requirements applicable to the financial sector. The solution should support deployment and operation within mBank-controlled infrastructure, including fully isolated environments, without requiring data transfer outside the Bank's environment.

Participation in the Process
For technical purposes, Vendors are requested to enter an amount of 1 USD in the commercial item when submitting their response through the procurement platform. Detailed answers should be provided in the attached questionnaire.
Communication and Q&A Rules
Responses may be submitted in Polish or English.
Vendors are requested to submit all questions in English.
All questions must be submitted via the Marketplanet platform using the Questions & Answers section.
Questions must not contain any information identifying the submitting Vendor.
All communication related to this RFI will be conducted through the Marketplanet platform. Vendors are responsible for monitoring the platform for updates and clarifications.

All information provided within the RFI process will be treated as confidential and used solely for market analysis and the evaluation of potential future procurement activities of mBank S.A.
This RFI is conducted solely for market research purposes and does not constitute a commitment by mBank S.A. to launch a procurement process, initiate commercial negotiations, or enter into any contractual agreement. Participation in the RFI is voluntary, and mBank S.A. reserves the right to contact selected Vendors for additional clarification or follow-up discussions.
