ANWIL S.A. zaprasza Państwa do udziału w postępowaniu ofertowym na zakup usługi polegającej na opracowaniu Corrosion Control Document (CCD) zgodnie z API RP 970. Prosimy o zapoznanie się dokumentacją załączoną do pozycji nr 1 (w szczególności z dokumentem Zapytanie ofertowe - Załącznik nr 1), w których znajdują się bardziej szczegółowe informacje. Dołączenie informacji cenowej w części technicznej oferty może skutkować odrzuceniem oferty. Wszelkie pytania o dodatkowe informacje i wyjaśnienia prosimy kierować wyłącznie pisemnie na Platformie Zakupowej CONNECT. Odpowiedź będzie przekazywana tą samą drogą. Wszystkie istotne dla przygotowania ofert pytania, zadane w wyznaczonym terminie i wszystkie odpowiedzi na pytania zostaną opublikowane na Platformie do wiadomości wszystkich oferentów, którzy zgłosili się do składania ofert w danym postępowaniu zakupowym, bez wskazywania autora pytania. W przypadku pytań i/lub odpowiedzi, które według oferenta mogą spowodować udostępnienie informacji poufnych Oferenta, po zastrzeżeniu przez Oferenta tego faktu w treści pytania i/lub odpowiedzi, dopuszcza się udzielenie odpowiedzi tylko temu Oferentowi. Niniejsze zapytanie ofertowe stanowi zaproszenie do negocjacji w rozumieniu art. 72 k.c., a tym samym nie mają zastosowania przepisy dotyczące oferty w rozumieniu art. 66 i innych k.c. // ANWIL S.A. hereby invites you to participate in a tender procedure for the procurement of services consisting in the preparation of a Corrosion Control Document (CCD) in accordance with API RP 970. Tenders must be submitted exclusively in electronic form via the CONNECT Procurement Platform. Please review the documentation attached under Item No. 1, in particular the document entitled “Request for Quotation – Appendix No. 1,” which contains more detailed information. The inclusion of any pricing information in the technical part of the tender may result in the tender being rejected. All requests for additional information or clarification must be submitted exclusively in writing via the CONNECT Procurement Platform. Responses will be provided through the same channel. All questions relevant to the preparation of tenders that are submitted within the prescribed deadline, together with the corresponding responses, will be published on the Platform and made available to all tenderers registered to submit tenders in the relevant procurement procedure, without disclosing the identity of the party submitting the question. Where, in the tenderer’s opinion, a question and/or response may result in the disclosure of the tenderer’s confidential information, a response may be provided exclusively to that tenderer, provided that the confidential nature of such information has been expressly indicated by the tenderer in the relevant question and/or response. This Request for Quotation constitutes an invitation to negotiate within the meaning of Article 72 of the Polish Civil Code. Consequently, the provisions governing an offer within the meaning of Article 66 and other relevant provisions of the Polish Civil Code shall not apply.
