The table should be completed and attached, using the table name, to the relevant request-for-quotation item in the section “Price for the complete set and completed commercial table (please attach the ‘Commercial offer’ file).” Offers for an incomplete set within a given request-for-quotation item are not permitted. If the requirements of this request are not met, your offer may not be considered. If an order is placed, the currently approved GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE PURCHASE OF GOODS AND FOR THE PURCHASE OF GOODS AND PROVISION OF SERVICES OF ORLEN Spółka Akcyjna shall apply.
